Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commercial HVAC installation crews on construction projects
• Cookordinate daily jobsite activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Install, oversee, and inspect sheet metal ductwork and HVAC equipment installations
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, submittals, and construction documents
• Plan labor requirements and assign work to field personnel
• Cookordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades
• Ensure all work is completed according to company standards, project specifications, and local codes
• Identify and resolve installation issues, field conflicts, and construction challenges
• Cookduct quality inspections and verify proper system installation
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including labor hours, materials, and progress updates
• Promote and enforce all company safety policies and procedures
• Mentor and develop junior installers and sheet metal mechanics

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC construction and sheet metal installation experience
• Experience leading installation crews or serving as a foreman on commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and sheet metal ductwork installation
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
• Preferred: Journeyman HVAC or Sheet Metal License
• Experience with large commercial construction projects
• Experience coordinating multiple crews or subcontractors
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
• Mechanical contractor or supervisory experience
