What You’ll Do:
- You’ll Lead:
- Skilled teams installing commercial HVAC ductwork and ventilation systems
- Daily jobsite coordination to keep installations on schedule and on spec
- Quality assurance and safe installation practices on every job
- You’ll Also:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Communicate with GCs, project managers, and clients
- Train and mentor crew members while keeping job sites clean and efficient
- Track materials, document progress, and report updates
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experience
- 2+ years’ experience leading crews or running job sites
- Ability to interpret construction documents and ensure code compliance
- Valid Arizona driver’s license and a good driving record
- Bonus: Experience with VRF systems or refrigeration
