Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning HVAC equipment and replace defective components
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on a wide range of commercial HVAC systems
- Evaluate system performance and identify potential future issues
- Recommend appropriate repairs, upgrades, or efficiency improvements to customers
- Communicate pricing, value, and technical recommendations clearly and professionally
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through dependable service
- Maintain accurate service documentation and work orders
- Participate in on-call rotation as required
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures while on job sites
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong understanding of HVAC theory, practices, tools, and diagnostic methods
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics
- Possession of personal basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, bend, stoop, reach, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible schedules and on-call hours
- Strong communication and customer service skills
