Responsibilities
You’ll be part of an 18‑20 person technician team that provides support and coverage, with a supportive boss and engaged leadership.
- Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC equipment across the Charlotte market
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues
- Work with customers to recommend solutions
- Share knowledge with less‑experienced technicians
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to read schematics
- Professional approach with customers
- Hands‑on experience with condenser water systems (essential)
- Experience with cooling towers, water‑cooled chillers, pumps, and condenser water loops (valuable)
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
