Responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC systems in various settings.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems in office buildings, schools, and industrial facilities.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
- Install new HVAC components as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- At least 2 years of HVAC maintenance experience.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Experience with refrigerant handling and disposal.
