About the Role

Professor Gatsby's Heating & Cooling of West Berlin, NJ is looking to hire a full-time Commercial HVAC Service Technician who will be tasked with carrying on the tradition of excellence we have established. This role involves representing our company while going into our clients' businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their heating and cooling systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial heating and cooling systems
• Represent the company professionally while at client businesses

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial experience
• Willingness to be the best and work with the best
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Okay with overtime
• Desire to learn and grow with new technology
• Very detailed and thorough
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to express technical information in layman's terms
• Prompt and reliable
• Takes pride in your work
• Passionate about building a successful career in the trade

Pay

• Up to $40/hour plus commissions
• Up to $2,500 sign-on bonus based on qualifications and experience

Schedule

• 7-4 or 8-5, Monday - Friday
• Overtime as needed
• On-call one weekend a month
