Commercial HVAC Service Technician

H&G Systems is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in the Corpus Christi area. Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and controls-related issues
- Perform equipment startups, commissioning support, and warranty service
- Service rooftop units, split systems, package units, and related equipment
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Complete digital service reports and work orders accurately
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide exceptional service
- Build strong customer relationships through reliable, high-quality work
- Maintain company safety standards and industry best practices
Requirements
- Experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment preferred
- Knowledge of rooftop units, split systems, package units, and refrigeration systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to safely climb ladders and operate scissor or aerial lifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience (preferred)
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- Building automation or controls experience (preferred)
- Experience servicing healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities (preferred)
- Manufacturer certifications or formal HVAC training (preferred)
- Residential technicians looking to transition into commercial HVAC are encouraged to apply

Schedule
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-5:30 PM. Opportunities for overtime are available, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
