Schedule
- 8‑hour shift
- No on‑call work — ever!
- Commercial‑only projects (Office TI, Medical, Labs, Warehouses, etc.)
Pay
$25 – $60 hourly
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the HVAC industry (10+ preferred)
- VRF/VRV certification from at least one manufacturer
- Proven troubleshooting skills across commercial systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using mobile apps and writing clear service notes
- HVAC schooling or certification is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Rooftop Package Units, Split Systems (DX & Conventional)
- Water Source Heat Pumps, Mechanical Yards
- VRF/VRV Heat Recovery Systems
- Chilled Water & Heating Hot Water (4‑pipe systems)
- VAVs and Hydronic Heating Systems
- All types of piping (condensate, chilled water, hot water, refrigeration, etc.)
- Ductwork (crimped, S&D, TDC, PVS‑coated, stainless steel)
- Ventilation & Exhaust Systems (OA, 100% OA, chemical, lab, general)
- Air balancing experience is a huge plus
- Sheet metal fabrication skills are a bonus!
