Commercial HVAC Service Technician

About the role

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support a growing commercial service team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections.
• Install or replace HVAC components as needed.
• Identify equipment issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Complete service documentation and maintain a safe work environment.
• Deliver professional customer service while working on-site.

Requirements

• Previous HVAC service or maintenance experience.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems preferred.
• EPA certification and other industry certifications are a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Pay

$65,000–$98,000 annually (based on experience)
