Commercial HVAC Service Technician
About the Role
Seeking a driven and motivated HVAC Technician to join our service team focusing on commissioning, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and ventilation systems at different sites. This position involves diagnosing and troubleshooting, working in outside conditions, and using ladders. The role includes extensive formalized training plus work under a mentor to develop skills and gain an understanding of CaptiveAire products.

Responsibilities
- Commissioning of new ventilation and HVAC equipment
- Repair, replace, and troubleshoot existing HVAC equipment
- Develop and maintain service schedules
- Prepare and submit job reports and invoices daily
- Interact with customers and collaborate across departments
Requirements
- HVAC/R skill set desired
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems
- Ability to read commercial wiring schematics
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools
- Must be safety-minded
- Comfortable working in outside conditions, tight spaces, and using ladders for roof access
- Passion for work with an aggressive nature to succeed
- Willing to travel for various training opportunities
- Must be a "go-getter"

Pay
Base pay: $55,000–$65,000+ annually, variable dependent on experience, with additional monthly bonuses based on productivity and profits. A $2,000 signing bonus is available.
