Commercial HVAC/ Refrigeration Lead Installation Technician

Responsibilities

• Install rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, and ventilation systems
• Lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job site plans
• Communicate effectively with customers and contractors

Requirements

• Experience in commercial HVAC installation (lead or senior-level preferred)
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check

Qualifications

• Technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required

Skills

• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead a team
