Requirements

• Experience in commercial HVAC installation (lead or senior‑level experience preferred)
• Ability to install rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, VRF systems, ductwork, and ventilation systems
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job‑site planning
• Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers and contractors
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required
