About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing national accounts in the commercial HVAC/R sector, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key commercial HVAC/R accounts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide technical support and solutions to customers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HVAC/R or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial HVAC/R
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 70%

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• First aid and CPR certification
• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and maintenance procedures

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
