About the role

The successful candidate will manage and grow commercial HVAC/R accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing commercial HVAC/R accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial HVAC/R sales or management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of increasing account value
  • Experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
