Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and calibrate commercial HVAC/R systems
• Solve problems independently and as part of a team
• Communicate effectively with customers and support staff
• Stock and maintain your equipment
• Provide quality service and integrity
• Participate in continuing education and training
• Pass a background check

Requirements

• Universal EPA certification
• Valid driver's license
• 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience, with refrigeration experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating principles
• Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic technology skills

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and move heavy objects
• Comfort working in extreme temperatures and tight spaces
• Strong balance and coordination for climbing ladders and working at heights
• Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods
• Dexterity for precise tasks

Skills

• Universal EPA certification

Pay

The base pay for this position is up to $45 per hour, determined based on the cost of labor in various US markets. Please note that this is subject to change and may vary based on market location, qualifications, and experience.

Schedule

Technicians are dispatched from home and paid door-to-door, offering flexibility and convenience.
