Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and calibrate commercial HVAC/R systems
• Solve problems independently and as part of a team
• Communicate effectively with customers and support staff
• Stock and maintain your equipment
• Provide quality service and integrity
• Participate in continuing education and training
• Pass a background check
• Drive a company vehicle

Requirements

• Universal EPA certification
• Valid driver's license
• 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience, with a focus on refrigeration
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and heating principles
• Proficiency in reading schematics and work plans
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic technology skills

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and move heavy objects
• Comfortable working in extreme temperatures and tight spaces
• Strong balance and coordination for climbing ladders
• Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods
• Dexterity for precise tasks

Skills

Pay

The base pay for this position is up to $45 an hour, determined based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The actual pay may vary.

Schedule

Work is dispatched from home and paid door-to-door. Hours may vary depending on the needs of the business.
