Commercial HVAC/R Installer

About the role

We are seeking experienced commercial HVAC/R installation professionals to join our team and build long-term, rewarding careers.

Responsibilities

• Install rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, ventilation systems, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, and ice machines.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and job site plans.
• Lead a team to ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and contractors.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC/R installation (lead or senior-level experience preferred).
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• A technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
