Requirements

• 5-10+ years experience in commercial HVAC/R installation (lead or senior-level experience preferred)
• Ability to install rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, ventilation systems, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, and ice machines
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and job site planning
• Ability to lead a team and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and contractors
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
