We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial HVAC/R Field Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee field operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure that all HVAC/R projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for HVAC/R projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial systems.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of HVAC/R technicians, ensuring they have the resources and training necessary to perform their duties effectively.
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable codes and regulations.
• Conduct visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, addressing any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan and execute projects efficiently.
• Prepare and review paperwork, orders, schedules, and reports to track project progress and technical performance.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to field technicians as needed.
• Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness for all projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns to maintain strong customer relationships.
