Commercial HVAC Project Manager

Job Specifics

• Utilize robust networking and relationship building skills to create and expand a client base.
• Effectively create and sell appealing preventive maintenance agreements.
• Provide exceptional customer service with the goal of maintaining and strengthening client relationships and agreements.
• Contribute and work well with a strong, passionate team.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of project management and/or client account management experience.
• Facility systems management experience is preferred.
• HVAC/Mechanical experience is a plus.
• Experience providing superior customer service.
• Capacity to work on a high performing team.
• Able to price simple mechanical proposals utilizing MMC’s pricing system.
• Motivated by providing first class customer service.
• Skilled at managing many tasks / multitasking.
• Aptitude to learn new software.
• Positive attitude.
• Driven to help teammates to win.

Physical Requirements

• Possess ability to independently navigate job sites and climb ladders as warranted.

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range of $70,000 to $95,000 (depending on experience)
