Commercial HVAC Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee mechanical construction projects from planning through completion. This role offers the opportunity to work with a respected contractor on diverse commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Lead project meetings.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Understanding of scheduling and budgeting.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Excellent communication skills.
