Commercial HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager

A local mechanical contractor is seeking a motivated individual to join a growing dynamic team as an HVAC Project Manager. This fast-paced role offers the opportunity to oversee projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for various projects
• Oversee projects from start to finish while assisting with estimating, change orders, and preconstruction
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality of work
• Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Supervise project team members and provide guidance and support as needed
• Identify and address project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
• Conduct project closeout activities, including documentation and handover to the client
