About the Role
Lead industrial HVAC projects, including new installations, retrofits, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee daily operations, subcontractor performance, and quality of work.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety compliance.
- Act as primary client liaison, providing updates, managing scope changes, and maintaining strong relationships.
Qualifications
- 5+ Years of HVAC Estimating / Project Management Experience
- Experience managing large, complex HVAC and plumbing projects
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and financial tracking
- Familiarity with project management software platforms
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
