Responsibilities
- Lead and perform commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
- Install, replace, and upgrade commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and customers to deliver successful projects.
- Maintain a safe work environment while ensuring all work complies with industry standards and company expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Installation Mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.
