Commercial HVAC Install Lead Mechanic

About the role

The Commercial HVAC Commercial Lead Mechanic serves as the HVAC installation crew leader and is responsible for supervising one or more HVAC Install Assistant(s) on job sites, completing commercial HVAC replacements and new systems. Extensive knowledge and experience in commercial HVAC installation (4+ Years HVAC Installation) are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of installers and ensure quality workmanship
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Use hand and power tools
• Work Monday - Friday, start time 7:30 am

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Pride in quality of work and integrity is essential

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience in commercial HVAC installation (4+ Years HVAC Installation)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools

Skills

• Ability to lead a team of installers
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools

Pay

$35 - $40 per hour
