About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC and chiller systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC and chiller systems in commercial buildings.
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
Skills
- Proficient in HVAC diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning principles.
- Experience with HVAC software.
