About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC and chiller systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC and chiller systems in commercial buildings.
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions using diagnostic tools.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and other technicians.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Proficient in HVAC systems and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.
