Commercial Hood Cleaning Technician - Overnight Shift

Nelbud is hiring Commercial Hood Cleaning Technicians to clean and maintain commercial kitchen exhaust systems for restaurants and facilities throughout the NYC area. This is a physically demanding, overnight field position involving pressure washing, ladder climbing, rooftop work, equipment setup, and industrial cleaning. No hood cleaning experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training. New technicians begin in our structured 30-60-90 day training program, where you'll build technical skills. Work toward advancement opportunities, earning additional pay as you complete training, testing, and performance milestones.

Responsibilities

• Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, and exhaust fans
• Remove grease buildup using pressure washers and specialized cleaning equipment
• Work on rooftops, ladders, and around commercial kitchen equipment
• Travel to customer locations as part of a field-based crew
• Protect customer work areas and maintain a clean jobsite
• Follow company safety procedures and standards
• Deliver professional, dependable service to our customers

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work overnight and varying schedules
