Commercial Hood Cleaning Technician - Overnight Shift
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all points.
Let's structure:

Qualifications
While hood cleaning experience is not required, experience in the following areas can translate well to this role:
- Construction
- Landscaping
- Pressure washing
- Roofing
- HVAC
- Duct cleaning
- Pest control
- Restoration
- Manufacturing
- Warehouse work
- Military service
- Other physically demanding work
Alternatively could put that under Skills. But we need to decide sections: Qualifications vs Skills. The instruction: use sections for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide where to put transferable experience. Could be Qualifications (experience that transfers). Or Skills (skills that transfer). I'd put under Qualifications as "Experience that transfers well". That seems appropriate.

- Structured 30-60-90 day career path
- Advancement and additional compensation opportunities
- Long-term career development opportunities
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
- Paid time off and holidays

Schedule:
Schedule
Shift start times vary based on customer schedules, typically beginning between 6:00 PM and midnight. Overnight work with varying start times.
We might also include "What To Expect" as part of Schedule or maybe separate but we already have Schedule. The "What To Expect" includes overnight work, physically active, indoor/outdoor, rooftop/ladder, team-based, ongoing training. Some of that overlaps with responsibilities and schedule. But we should preserve all substantive info. Could incorporate into Schedule or maybe a separate section like "What to Expect" but not in allowed headings. Since we cannot create arbitrary headings, we need to fit into allowed sections. Could add to Schedule or Responsibilities. The "What To Expect" includes ongoing training and career development (already in Benefits). Physically active, hands-on work (could be under Responsibilities). Indoor and outdoor work environments (maybe under Responsibilities). Rooftop and ladder work (under Responsibilities). Team-based field work (under Responsibilities). So we can incorporate those points into Responsibilities or maybe a separate "Expectations" but not allowed. Better to add to Responsibilities as additional bullets.
Let's merge What To Expect into Responsibilities bullets.
Responsibilities currently have 7 bullets. Add:
- Overnight work with varying start times (but that's schedule)
- Physically active, hands-on work
- Indoor and outdoor work environments
- Rooftop and ladder work (already similar)
- Team-based field work
- Ongoing training and career development (maybe under Benefits)
But we should avoid duplication. We already have rooftop and ladder work bullet. We can keep that. Add physically active, hands-on work; indoor and outdoor work environments; team-based field work. Ongoing training and career development is covered in Benefits.
Shift start times vary is schedule.
Thus Responsibilities bullets:
- Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, and exhaust fans
- Remove grease buildup using pressure washers and specialized cleaning equipment
- Work on rooftops, ladders, and around commercial kitchen equipment
- Travel to customer locations as part of a field-based crew
- Protect customer work areas and maintain a clean jobsite
- Follow company safety procedures and standards
- Deliver professional, dependable service to our customers
- Perform physically active, hands-on work
- Work in indoor and outdoor environments
- Function as part of a team-based field crew
We could also add "Adhere to overnight work schedule" but that's schedule.
Now Schedule section: include shift start times vary, typically between 6:00 PM and midnight; overnight work.
Now Benefits: we already have list.
Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The structured 30-60-90 Day KEC Step Program mentioned in About the role. Also "additional hourly compensation as you complete training, testing, and performance milestones" is in About the role. Good.
Now "Paid, hands-on training" appears both in About the role and Benefits; we can keep in Benefits but also mention in About the role. It's okay.
Now "Long-term career development opportunities" appears in Benefits and also in What To Expect; we have it in Benefits.
Now "Stable, full-time employment with a growing national company" in Benefits.
Now "Advancement and additional compensation opportunities" in Benefits.
Now "Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance", "Paid time off and holidays", "401(k) with company match".
Now "About Nelbud" paragraph: we could put under About the role or maybe a separate "About the company" but not allowed heading. Could incorporate into About the role as additional paragraph. The About the role currently includes description of role and training. We can add a second paragraph about Nelbud's background.
Thus About the role: two paragraphs.
Now ensure we don't repeat job title.
Now output HTML fragment.
Check for any boilerplate: none.
