Commercial Hood Cleaning Technician - Overnight Shift

About the Role

This is a physically active overnight position involving rooftop work, ladder climbing, pressure washing, and industrial cleaning of commercial kitchen exhaust systems. No prior hood cleaning experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training and a structured 30-60-90 day career path with hourly increases. Many employees complete each Specialist level in as little as 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ductwork, and exhaust fans
• Remove grease buildup using pressure washers and specialized cleaning equipment
• Work on rooftops, ladders, and inside commercial kitchen exhaust systems
• Travel to customer locations as part of a crew
• Follow company safety procedures and standards
• Deliver professional, dependable service to customers

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work overnight schedules consistently
