About the role
Responsible for maintaining the exterior windows and glass surfaces of high-rise buildings. Duties include cleaning, inspection, and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning windows and glass surfaces using various cleaning methods and equipment.
- Ensuring all work adheres to safety protocols and building codes.
- Performing routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment for both employees and clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in window cleaning or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
