Commercial Groundskeeper

About the role

We are actively seeking a full-time groundskeeper position to grow our commercial department. Candidates must be able to drive to multiple locations throughout the day and accommodate to seasonal transitions.

Responsibilities

• Being responsible for the overall condition of the exterior space and common area space of the properties that you are assigned to
• Good customer service when interacting with residents and coworkers
• Traffic and debris pick up
• Maintaining the overall condition of exteriors of the buildings and signage
• Breezeway housekeeping
• Snow and ice removal
• Flower and tree maintenance
• Dog waste and cigarette butt removal
• Assisting the Maintenance Tech with maintenance duties whenever possible/needed

Requirements

Candidates must be able to drive to multiple locations throughout the day and accommodate to seasonal transitions. We are looking for a candidate that is positive, independent and has clear communication skills.

Pay

The pay scale is subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances and is to be set by Senior Management. The position may be adjusted from Hourly to Salary.
