About the role
M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton. We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula.
The work
- Commercial flooring: carpet tile, VCT, LVT, base, and repair/replacement work
- Work associated with interior remodels and make-ready turnovers in occupied buildings
What we're looking for
- Commercial flooring install and repair
- Carpet tile, VCT, LVT installation
- Subfloor prep and patching
- Base and transitions installation
- Valid California driver's license
Nice to have
- After-hours work in occupied buildings
- Moisture testing experience
