Commercial Flooring Sales / Project Manager

Job Summary

We are a family-owned and operated flooring company seeking a Commercial Flooring Sales / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will build relationships, develop business, and manage commercial flooring projects from the initial sale through installation and completion.

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial flooring sales and/or project management experience
• Currently working with a commercial flooring contractor or similar commercial construction company
• Experience working with General Contractors (GCs), contractors, architects, or commercial clients
• Strong understanding of commercial flooring products and installation
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Self-motivated and comfortable developing business

Qualifications
