About the role

Cohesity is seeking a Commercial Field Marketing Manager to own and execute the field marketing strategy for our U.S. Commercial business. As the primary marketing partner to the Commercial Sales organization, you'll develop integrated marketing programs that generate net new pipeline, acquire new customers, and drive revenue growth. Working closely with Sales, SDRs, Channel, Product Marketing, and Growth Marketing, you'll build targeted campaigns that engage prospective customers across digital, events, ABM, and field programs. You're comfortable balancing strategy with execution and leverage AI to improve planning, campaign performance, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans focused on new logo acquisition and pipeline generation.
  • Drive full-funnel campaigns across digital, events, webinars, ABM, direct mail, and integrated marketing.
  • Partner with Sales, SDRs, Channel, Product Marketing, and Growth Marketing to identify target accounts and whitespace opportunities.
  • Leverage AI to accelerate campaign planning, audience segmentation, content creation, reporting, and optimization.
  • Measure pipeline performance, marketing-sourced opportunities, and ROI, continuously optimizing programs based on data.
  • Partner with Sales Development to maximize lead follow-up and conversion.
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to the Commercial Sales organization.
  • Align marketing investments with sales priorities, target accounts, and new logo goals.
  • Use data and AI-driven insights to identify opportunities and communicate marketing impact.
  • Plan and execute regional events, webinars, executive roundtables, trade shows, and prospecting programs.
  • Own program execution from planning through pipeline measurement and follow-up.
  • Identify innovative opportunities to engage new buyers and generate demand.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience in field marketing or demand generation.
  • Proven success generating net new pipeline and marketing-sourced opportunities.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and SDR teams on new customer acquisition strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with digital campaigns, ABM, events, webinars, and integrated demand generation.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, or similar marketing platforms.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, campaign execution, reporting, and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cybersecurity, data protection, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with ABM, intent data, and modern demand generation strategies.
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled marketing tools or workflow automation.

Pay

This position has a starting pay range of $135,200.00 - $169,000.00 annually. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants.

Schedule

Employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g., within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
