We’re seeking a highly motivated Commercial Events Coordinator to join and support the sales and marketing teams and help Ceribell to achieve our growth goals. You will report to the Senior Commercial Events Manager and provide daily support to the marketing and commercial teams. Significant to your success is the ability to not only complete the tasks promptly and accurately, but also look for ways to contribute beyond that. This is a remote role and requires frequent travel (25-35%) to support national trade shows and regional events. Great attention to detail and solid planning/logistics skills are required. Ultimately, you will make a meaningful impact on our patients and growth and assist us in achieving our sales targets. What you'll achieve : Create exceptional event planning from start to finishUnderstand event cycles and management functions, including; venue management, production coordination, hotel room blocks, vendor management, site inspections, and creative design and implementationGenerate ideas for eventsSupport staying within event budgetsEnsure appropriate messaging to advance Ceribell causeManage logistics and event venuesMaintain and update sales and customer recordsSupport sales with general admin tasks to assist in achieving team objectives and goalsLiaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveriesOther duties as assignedStay up to date with new products and features What you'll need to be successful: 4+ years of prior experience as a sales administrator or event coordinator with experience with remote and onsite event management including conferences and tradeshowsFamiliarity with CRM software (Salesforce and Power BI),Google suite, MS Office, lead capture platformsExceptional attention to detailsSolid planning/logistics skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to prioritize and meet deadlinesExperience with event content development (i.e. developing topics for panel discussions, developing ideas for event content, identifying speakers)A team player with high level of dedicationStrong communication skillsAn excellent collaborator, strong communicator, and is open to feedback and iterationKnowledge of medical device compliance regulations is preferredAbility to travel 25-35% of the year including some weekend travelAbility lift, push, pull up to 25 lbs at events Compensation Range $80,000—$101,000 USD A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
