About the role

The Events Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the execution of strategic brand events, store installations, and experiential activations. This role will interact with vendors as well as multiple internal teams including Marketing, Retail, Content, Visual Merchandising, and Design.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day management and logistics of all experiential initiatives including VIP events, third-party activations, hospitality trips, and more.
  • Source and bid third-party vendors and independent contractors for projects.
  • Create project briefs to distribute information to the necessary internal teams.
  • Independently manage on-site logistics for smaller-scale activations.
  • Organize and attend meetings with vendors and venues.
  • Negotiate fees and terms with vendors as needed.
  • Catalog invoices and work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure all vendors are paid in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate meetings with vendors, venues, and the internal Kith Team.
  • Create and manage production schedules for events and installations.
  • Manage and update internal events calendar.
  • Manage and update internal catalog of event and installation photography and recaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience producing live events and immersive installations.
  • Knowledge in technical production and custom fabrication processes, with vendor and production partner relationships.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Office 365, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Pay

$55,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time / 100% on-site at HQ in Williamsburg, Brooklyn
