Commercial Enablement Innovation Lead

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Rebuild the company's Business Case as a flexible, AI-native tool
• Ensure ongoing maintenance and evolution of the tool post-launch
• Partner with key stakeholders to align inputs and integrate with Salesforce
• Establish governance to diversify ownership in the business case
• Lead AI enablement for maximizing commercial team impact
• Prototype and scale AI-enabled workflows to enhance productivity
• Evaluate and operationalize emerging AI technologies for seller effectiveness

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, commercial operations, or related field in a B2B environment
• Advanced data and modeling skills using Excel/Google Sheets; solid experience with Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with AI and prompt engineering, building repeatable solutions
• Proven track record of cross-functional project leadership, influencing without authority
• Deep understanding of sales processes and tool adoption impacting revenue outcomes

Compensation

$124,080 – $162,150 annually
