About the role

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani seeks experienced litigation attorneys to join their commercial, employment law, and professional liability practice groups in their Madison office. Ideal candidates should have 5-7 years of litigation experience and be licensed and admitted to practice in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of complex commercial disputes, including contract disputes, business torts, and intellectual property matters.
• Handle employment law cases, including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.
• Assist in professional liability cases, such as malpractice and negligence claims against professionals like doctors, lawyers, and engineers.
• Prepare and present evidence at hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement legal strategies.
• Advise clients on legal issues and provide guidance on compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in Wisconsin.
• Experience in commercial, employment law, and professional liability litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
