About the Role

Mastercraft Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team in Pacific, Washington. This position combines electrical estimating with full-cycle project management. The ideal candidate has experience estimating and managing multiple commercial electrical projects and understands what it takes to move a project successfully from bid through closeout. You'll work closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors, superintendents, and foremen to manage project costs, schedules, procurement, field coordination, and overall performance. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates effectively, stays organized across multiple projects, and brings both technical knowledge and sound judgment to the team.

What You'll Do

• Lead electrical estimating from concept through bid, developing accurate and competitive proposals.
• Manage commercial electrical projects from kickoff through closeout with a focus on schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project partners.
• Partner with superintendents and foremen to coordinate schedules, address field issues, and keep projects moving forward.
• Track project costs, manage procurement, monitor budgets, and forecast schedules and project needs.
• Manage multiple active projects and priorities while maintaining clear communication with both field and office teams.
• Identify project risks and opportunities and proactively develop solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of electrical estimating and project management experience.
• Experience accurately estimating and managing commercial electrical projects valued between $1 million and $10 million.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local codes.
• Commercial electrical trade experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all members of a construction team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Accubid, Procore, and Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.

Compensation

$110,000–$155,000 per year, based on experience.
