Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and bid documents
- Interface with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Manage multiple bids simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of electrical project management/estimating experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices
- Proficiency with estimating software and digital takeoff tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Pay
$105,000 - $155,000 per year
