About the role

M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton. We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula.

The work

Drywall repair and finish work in occupied commercial buildings: patching, texture matching, taping, and the finish work that comes with interior remodels and make-ready turnovers. Clean, quiet work around tenants who are still in the building.

Requirements

• Taping and finishing to Level 4 or Level 5
• Texture matching on existing walls
• Metal stud framing
• Painting to match
• Working clean in occupied space
• Valid California driver's license

Nice to have

• Commercial punch-list experience
• Acoustic ceiling work
