Responsible for managing and maintaining commercial doors and related equipment. Oversee daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of commercial doors and related equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for door systems.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform routine inspections and repairs to maintain optimal performance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial door maintenance.
• Proficient in using tools and equipment related to door maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
