Major Responsibilities
- Install doors, frames, and hardware at the end user or new commercial construction site
- Receive, understand and execute work orders
- Follow specifications for the adjustment or replacement of existing material, installation of new material and disassembly and removal of material
- Operate various power and hand tools both safely and skillfully
- Represent the company professionally to satisfy immediate customer needs to foster return business
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of carpentry and/or construction experience
- Preferred: Commercial door, frame, hardware installation experience
- Preferred: Degree from a trade school or college
- Required: Strong communication skills and customer service skills
- Required: Ability to read and understand specifications, wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Required: Valid Driver’s License
