About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Food & Beverages environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team with strategic direction and coaching
• Drive sales growth and profitability across a diverse food and beverage portfolio
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with IFF's commercial strategies
• Establish pricing and forecasting strategies while accountable for financial performance
• Identify growth opportunities and deliver innovative flavor solutions to customers
• Lead cross-functional teams to leverage IFF capabilities across various resources
• Build strong relationships with executive-level customers and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within the flavors or food industry
• Proven success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue growth
• Strong background in developing commercial strategies and account management programs
• Expertise in financial management including pricing and budgeting
• Experience with relationships in the middle-market and large CPG manufacturers
• Excellent negotiation and executive stakeholder management skills

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
