Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies across GSE Leasing & Maintenance, Sale & Leaseback, and Airport Solutions.
  • Build a robust pipeline of profitable opportunities and support M&A or partnership evaluations.
  • Lead key account management, conduct strategic business reviews, and foster long-term partnerships with airlines, airports, ground handlers, and OEMs.
  • Oversee contract implementation, align service delivery with operational capabilities, and ensure accurate revenue billing.
  • Standardize commercial processes, develop business cases, and negotiate contracts with a focus on profitability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to share best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven success in business development or key account management within aviation.
  • Strong network across the aviation ecosystem.
  • Commercial acumen with experience structuring and closing complex deals.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, develop business cases, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Pay

$150,000-170,000

Schedule

Hybrid role, allowing 1-2 days of remote work.
