Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies across GSE Leasing & Maintenance, Sale & Leaseback, and Airport Solutions.
- Build a robust pipeline of profitable opportunities and support M&A or partnership evaluations.
- Lead key account management, conduct strategic business reviews, and foster long-term partnerships with airlines, airports, ground handlers, and OEMs.
- Oversee contract implementation, align service delivery with operational capabilities, and ensure accurate revenue billing.
- Standardize commercial processes, develop business cases, and negotiate contracts with a focus on profitability and compliance.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to share best practices.
Requirements
- Proven success in business development or key account management within aviation.
- Strong network across the aviation ecosystem.
- Commercial acumen with experience structuring and closing complex deals.
- Ability to analyze market trends, develop business cases, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

$150,000-170,000
