About the role

Gridlines is seeking an experienced model audit professional who is passionate about financial modelling and driven by growth. You will work with a team of modelling professionals to analyse and review complex financial models, ensuring they are robust and reliable.

Responsibilities

Strategic Level

• Participate in the company's strategic decision-making
• Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities
• Develop and implement long-term business strategies, creating annual action plans toward defined objectives
• Participate in the preparation and control of the annual commercial budget, both for expenses and sales
• Participate in defining the product or service offering

Tactical Level

• Report actions and results obtained to general management (monthly or quarterly) on department evolution, actions, and results aligned with the annual plan
• Supervise and manage the client portfolio while prospecting for new clients
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
• Formulate short-term pricing and promotion policies, including campaigns or special operations
• Monitor short-term billing and collection, addressing issues related to non-payment or delays
• Coordinate with other company departments
• Implement systems and tools to improve sales department efficiency and productivity

Operational Level

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, resolving short-term problems, and fostering loyalty
• Detect and monitor business opportunities
• Monitor and analyze weekly business metrics and results
• Identify and manage short-term business risks
• Represent the company at relevant events and trade fairs
