Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and lead the commercial team
- Drive RevPAR performance through strategic planning and pricing
- Oversee marketing, promotions, and public relations initiatives
- Maintain key accounts and support major business opportunities
- Set, monitor, and achieve commercial goals across all segments
Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in luxury hotel commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management)
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in revenue and budget management
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
