Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and lead the commercial team
  • Drive RevPAR performance through strategic planning and pricing
  • Oversee marketing, promotions, and public relations initiatives
  • Maintain key accounts and support major business opportunities
  • Set, monitor, and achieve commercial goals across all segments

Qualifications

  • Senior leadership experience in luxury hotel commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management)
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in revenue and budget management
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
