Commercial Development Specialist
About the role
This position supports the success of The Henry Schein Extended Warranty Program through vendor relationships, reporting processes, and process coordination.
Responsibilities
- Performance Tracking: Support performance tracking by preparing forecasting reports and monitoring KPIs.
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Monitor and audit contracts, ensuring accurate records and data integrity.
- Claims & Premium Reporting: Own monthly reporting process with insurance and manufacturing partners, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Vendor Management: Oversee data exchanges with vendors, prepare and submit sales files, and support billing and reimbursement processes.
- Claims Adjudication & Billing: Review and validate claims, collaborate with teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies, and provide billing support.
- Rate Sheet Development & SKU Management: Support creation and maintenance of rate sheets and SKU lists, ensuring accurate product identification and pricing.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and Power BI.

Minimum Work Experience
- Typically 2 to 4 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
Prior Education
- Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
Travel / Physical Demands
- Travel typically less than 10%.
- Office environment. No special physical demands required.
Pay
The posted range for this position is $62,893-$86,479, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
