Role & Responsibilities
- Own the rolling demand forecast across all channels, incorporating seasonality, promotions, customer trends, and new product launches.
- Lead the monthly S&OP process, partnering with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to align demand, inventory, and financial plans.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and proactively identify risks and opportunities to optimize inventory, service levels, and business performance.
- Develop pricing, trade investment, and promotional strategies that drive profitable growth and optimize gross-to-net performance.
- Analyze customer profitability, product mix, pricing, and trade spend to improve commercial decision-making and investment ROI.
- Support annual operating plans through demand forecasting, revenue planning, pricing assumptions, and financial modeling.
- Build executive dashboards and business reviews that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Improve planning processes, reporting, and cross-functional planning capabilities as David continues to scale.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Revenue Growth Management, Sales Planning, Commercial Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or related analytical roles within CPG, food & beverage, or consumer products.
- Experience participating in S&OP or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory planning, and commercial planning.
- Experience with pricing strategy, trade investment management, gross-to-net analysis, customer profitability, or revenue management is highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models and executive reporting.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Practicalities
- This is a full-time, in-office role based in New York City.
- We work onsite five days a week- when the culture fits, it is fun to be in the office together.
- Salary: $160,000-$210,000 per year, inclusive of bonus.
